Ginny Muchaka, Secretary
Ginny has extensive experience and deep knowledge of the health and education sectors across Southern Africa, particularly Zimbabwe, Mozambique, and Botswana. She is currently studying nursing to further strengthen her expertise in community health, following a career spanning both the public and private sectors in Zimbabwe and the USA.
Through Courage of Hope, Ginny is committed to developing and implementing sustainable health and education initiatives that transform the lives of rural communities.
Constancia Bosha, RN, BSN, PHN Founder & CEO
Zimbabwean-born Constancia Bosha currently works as a Registered Nurse (RN) at a Trauma Hospital in California, USA. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN). Constancia is a member of Epsilon Phi, as well as the Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society. During her studies for the nursing degree, Constancia traveled to rural central Africa with the United Village Transportation (an NGO based in NAPA California) to provide healthcare to those in need. She has an interest in humanitarian relief and sustainable development.
Dr. Mark Malisa, Treasurer
Mark Malisa currently teaches at an institution of higher education in the United States. His research interests include International Education and Development. He has published extensively on education in general, and the education of African children in colonial and postcolonial Africa. Mark has also lived and taught in Zimbabwe.

Dr. Chido Bosha, board of directors
Dr. Chido Bosha studied medicine at National Pirogov Memorial Medical University in Ukraine. Her
interests include the overall health and well-being of children . Particularly how their communities impact growth and development. Cognizant of recentmedical developments in the world, Dr Bosha is currently reading and researching on mental health and how Covid-19 has affected many people around the world both physically and mentally.
